In these cold winter months my little ones start to get antsy! It's too cold to go outside & play & there is only so much they can do in the house to burn off some energy. I'm always looking for new activities for them to do inside, and that's when I came across Yoga by the Dozen.

Yoga by the Dozen is a yoga DVD for kids! It features twelve kids doing various yoga poses. My boys loved it because it was a new, fun activity to do on all these snow days we've been having & I loved it because it gave them a way to get their energy out AND calm them down at the same time. I was a little worried the moves would be above their skill level, but that wasn't the case. The DVD does a great job of explaining how to do the poses to little ones.
