Chicken Noodle Soup is the universal feel-good food. It's also a great way to show someone you care and are thinking about them. Sometimes, you can't always be right there to show someone you care. That's why I was so excited when I found Spoonful of Comfort!

They do all the "dirty work" for you, when you aren't able to, whether because you're too far away or just too busy. Not only has chicken soup been known to make you feel better, it has actual health benefits! Doctors have found that chicken soup actually reduces they symptoms of a cold.
